My client is a leading solutions provider who is seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager who must have a strong mobile telecommunications background for an initial 3 month contract. You will have a good track record of delivering projects on time, managing change management / outsourcing / process definition projects, experience of negotiating KPIs with customers, experience of creating/negotiating SLAs and OLAs with external suppliers, ability to present project status, risks etc to senior management ,understanding end to end services, experience in vendor selection processes, including contract drafting and negotiation, in particular SLAs and any ITIL Experience is highly desirable.
