Experience of Masterdata and hierarchy maintenance, user support and system testing. Good analytical skills. Outsourced system support providers reside in India. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary to best utilise this Knowledge of Accounting and Financial reporting processes an advantage. Role - Masterdata Maintenance Hierarchy updates User Maintenance and general security issues User Support Supporting GFO/GFR processes System Testing Work closely with Functions that have deployed the Terracotta System and provide support for minor changes and End User issues.
