The Programme/Project Planner will be expected to have at least 6 years of working to a high standard within a busy environment. Duties of the role included but are not limited to: Analysing all project plans Fully responsible for programme and project level planning The collation of individual project plans into an overall programme plan through the collation of tagged milestones Working with Project Managers to ensure the quality and visibility of project planning Working with a centralised PMO to ensure that all processes are in line with that is being rolled out across the business Ensuring RAG status are applied to all project plan milestones and rolled up to programme level Reviewing project plans and liaising back with Project Managers Producing programme milestone charts on a weekly basis Creation of monthly Steering Group planning and progress reports Essential skills Strong experience of using MSP Strong experience of Power Point The ability to present complex plans Past experience of working within the Telecoms industry would be beneficial to this role.
