This successful contact centre focused systems integrator is giving you the opportunity to work for them as a Senior Avaya Solutions Architect on a 6 month rolling contract. This high profile role will see the successful candidates working with a variety of enterprise customers to understand there business needs, designing Contact Centre and IP Telephony solutions, working on short term consultancy engagements and working closely with the sales department to help define the Avaya new business sales strategy. Candidates will have a proven track record of performing a senior presales or solutions architecture role and will have worked on a variety of Avaya based Contact Centre or IPT solutions which would be geared around technology like Communication Manager, Modular Messaging, Interaction Centre, Multivanatge, ACD, IVR, CMS, Voicemail, IP Operator Consoles.
