Monday start, Urgent role for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to deliver first class customer service IT support to all internal customers. Candidates will provide first line software and hardware support by taking internal calls, logging faults and resolving as appropriate, troubleshooting errors of the desktop environment or passing unresolved errors to second line Support Technicians Candidates will have 12+ months experience working on an IT helpdesk or providing user support would be essential, ideally in a multi business / site environment and must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/ 2007, XP, Vista, Outlook and ideally some Citrix experience.
