INFRASTRUCTURE Architect ( Unix ) - south east

| Contract Description: |
Infrastructure Architect required with experience in the architecture, design and build of large scale Unix and Windows server configurations. Also possess experience with large scale storage technologies. Understand design, development and testing life cycles including 3rd party supplier mgt. You will support the clients technical design authority to assure the infrastructure aspects of the solution design and development. Ideally possess min. 5 years experience in infrastructure design and deployment. If you have worked previously in the public sector for major central government clients that would be desirable. Duties include liaising with carriers and agencies in partnership with the supplier to ensure infrastructure aspects of the interface and solutions are technically viable and fit for purpose. Possess previous experience of working on major programmes in the public/private sector in an enterprise level. You will be required to undergo security clearance for this role.
