*WANTED* IT Helpdesk Support Administrator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Part-time 17.5 hours per week): London 23K-25.5K pro rata Our client is a professional college based in London. They are now seeking a professional and organised IT Helpdesk Support Administrator, with excellent communication skills, to support the IT Manager by providing PC hardware, software and application support to all users. The IT Helpdesk Support Administrator must have: and#x2022;Solid IT Helpdesk experience providing 1st/2nd line desktop and network support and#x2022;Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues and#x2022;Experience troubleshooting file and print problems and#x2022;Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, in particular Windows XP and Windows 07 and#x2022;Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook 2007 client configuration and multiple user profiles Technical environment: Microsoft Outlook 2007, Windows XP and 07, MS Office 2003 and 2007.
