Keywords: MS Visual Studio Team System, VSTS, Testing Edition, Test Analyst, QA, Quality Assurance, Agile Scrum, Load testing We seek an experienced Test Analyst with skills in MS Visual Studio Team System or Testing Edition ( VSTS ) for a prestigious international financial and consultancy firm. Responsibilities will include analysis, creation and execution of test cases; testing of standalone PC applications, web-based applications and client-server systems; testing of user interfaces, business logic, performance and security; execution and management of regression suites. You will need to have about 5 years experience in software testing and quality assurance and be able to: analyse and understand technical requirements documents to create test cases; understand and code automated test scripts in MS Visual Studio Team System 2008; create automated web and client-server test scripts. You will also need to have experience of load testing web applications, working on Agile projects utilising SCRUM and be able to produce good documentation. Other skills which will add value include: experience with AutomatedQA (AQA) TestComplete 6+; load testing SQL Databases; other testing tools eg PVCS Tracker, Visual Studio / Visual Source Safe ( VSS ), MKS Source Integrity. Initial contract is 3 months and extensions are likely. They are located south of London, close to a rail station, M25 and M23 and have their own parking and#x2013; so easily accessible by car or public transport from London or the South Coast.
