Job Description: 1) Understand require functionality from different users like Test stand Administrator, Operation and Technical Group members and prepare use case, functional specification document 2) Preparing technical architect - class diagram, sequence diagram etc. based on functional specification 3) Work with offshore team and sharing requirement specification, monitoring development activities and progress 4) Liaison with Client Business and Technical teams. 5) Collection of business requirements and feedback during the design and development Phases Qualification / Experience: 1) Bachelor OR Master Degree in engineering 2) 6+ year experience in SDCL using Java, j2ee technology 3) Preference to candidates having - Understanding / Exposure to Gas Engine / Turbine testing projects / process. 4) A strong interpersonal skill set, including good technical communications. 5) Project or team leadership experience Selection Criteria: 1)Technical Round - knowledge on Java, J2ee, UML, DB Designing 2)Management Round - Project Management - control, monitoring and Reporting, Quality Management, risk and escalation management Please call me ASAP for confirmed interview dates and times!
