3rd Line Support Engineer, Contract, Farnborough, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, 3 Months A 3rd line support engineer (MCSE Qualified) is required by my client in Farnborough to provide onsite and remote site support to its employees, experience in the following areas is essential: 1.Windows 2003 \ 2008 Server 2.Active Directory Management and Group Policy Management 3.Microsoft 2003 Exchange Server Management 4.Citrix Metaframe Support and Server Management 5.ESX VM Support and Server Management 6.Symantec Backup Exec Support and Management 7.Windows XP and Office XP / 2003 / 2007 Support 8.System Security Centre Management and Deployment 9.Gold Disk Deployment and Office Deployment 10.Anti Virus Deployment and management experience The applicant should have good personal interaction skills and have previous helpdesk support experience, with the ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines and think out of the box when required. The job with entail working on site in Farnborough with occasional travel to London - the role is 9am to 5.30pm (7.5 hour working day) and there is no requirement to be on call and it is expected there will be no out of hours working.
